Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 September 2026
This policy explains what MinecraftArt.com collects, what it does not collect, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.
Your images are never uploaded
The pixel art conversion runs entirely inside your browser. The image you choose is read from your own device, processed with the HTML canvas, and displayed back to you. It is never transmitted to this website's servers, never stored, and never seen by anyone but you. Closing the tab discards it.
What is collected
- Standard server logs. The web host records IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of each request. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting.
- Analytics. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics about which pages are visited and for how long.
- Anything you type into the contact form. Your name, email address and message, used only to reply to you.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses cookies to keep the site working and to serve ads.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and elsewhere on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You can opt out of third-party vendor cookies more broadly at aboutads.info.
- Your browser settings can block or delete cookies at any time. The generator will continue to work without them.
Third-party services
Some parts of the site load resources from other providers: Google Fonts for typefaces, Google AdSense for advertising, and a public CDN for the ZIP library used by the command export. These providers receive your IP address as a normal part of delivering their content, and each has its own privacy policy.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent personal information through the contact form, get in touch and it will be deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its processing. Since the only personal data collected here comes from the contact form and server logs, such requests are usually simple to fulfil. Use the contact page to make one.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
