What the settings under each build mean
Tile size is how many image pixels become one block — lower numbers mean more detail and far more blocks. Palette is the block family that carried most of the build. Block count is roughly what you need to gather in survival, before waste. The difficulty rating is about patience more than skill: an advanced build is not harder to place, it just takes ten times longer.
What makes a build worth looking at
- Readable silhouette. If the outline works in two colours, the finished art works.
- A frame. A one-block border of black concrete or deepslate stops the art bleeding into the terrain behind it.
- Even light. Sconces or glowstone behind a wall of the art keeps the colours honest at night.
- A viewing spot. Build a platform at the distance the art reads best from, and put a path to it.
